SPR# ASUH6MAFG4 - With this fix, a timeout handler was added for submitting forms. This was applied to the mail edit form, mail phone message edit form, appointment edit form and ToDo edit form. This handler was added to prevent the server from not getting back to the client with a response when submitting forms.
